Well, hello, there.
Welcome.
I understand that you are here because you seek assistance. Advice.
How to be more confident, yes?
You’ve come to the right place~
I am very confident.
In my ability to guide you.
And your ability to follow.
All you need to do is listen, and follow my advice, in this interactive session, and you, too, will come to find that it is so very easy to impose yourself in a way that will help you get what you want in life.
Confident people naturally attract success in such endeavors, because we know who we are and what we want. Personable, alluring, persuasive. This is what you want, yes?
The power to calmly connect. Charm. Sway your interactions in your favor. Confidence.
I can certainly help you with that.
In order for you to appear confident, or build true inner self-confidence, you must take this interaction for what it is: a friendly interaction among equals. I want to ensure that my presence is not intimidating, but calming, and trustworthy. I seek to give you advice, and I need you to be able to listen peacefully, easily, so you can absorb my words, rather than getting caught up on silly things like my pretty, commanding voice~
The steady power with which I speak… Can be yours, too.
We will practice.
This will be more effective when you adopt an ideal mindset and a relaxed demeanor. So that is what we will do first.
This will be easy. You can do this as you listen, whether you are sitting or lying down. You can imagine that I am sitting across from you, in your mind’s eye, at an imaginary table for just the two of us, or even in a very real seat in your true physical proximity.
I want you to grow attuned to my presence. I want you to be able to use this time to practice the advice I give you as if I am truly here with you. To practice appearing more confident under the gaze of the eyes that grade you. Real-world, practical, applied practice.
And as we continue, the further we progress, the easier it will become for you to relax and listen to my advice without distracting, flustering thoughts. It is alright if they do not disappear completely. Just that you are able to listen and Obey.
Compliance is crucial. Hands-on practice will make this lesson much more effective.
So listen, and be prepared to move your body and steer your thoughts at my instruction. We will take this slow, one step at a time.
First, I want you to simply bring your focus to your breathing. We are starting here because it is the easiest, most mindless step. We won’t spend a lot of time on this one, but that does not make it any less important.
Important, that you do your best to breathe slowly, and calmly.
This simple exercise goes a long way in alleviating stress, narrowing your focus, and calming into a nice, relaxed state. When you breathe slowly, and calmly, your heart will follow in stride, and a warm sense of peace will inevitably spread through your veins as its beating slows.. down.. Breath by breath… In… And out… Nice.. And slow.
Simply turning your focus in toward your body, and emulating the patterns and behaviors of a calm and restful person can inspire true peace. That is the power of your mind over your body. “Fake it until you make it”, as the saying goes. Because you will make it, even if you have to pretend at first. Pretending to be calm. Behaving calmly. Becoming calm.
Pretending to be confident. Behaving confidently. Becoming confident. It is simple conditioning.
So, how does one “behave confidently”?
Let’s start with your body, since you are already focusing on it. Focusing on your breathing. Your calming heart. Your warming relaxation.
Continuing this relaxation, make sure that your face is as calm and relaxed as you can manage. No clenching, no scrunching, no frowning. In fact, turn the edges of your lips up, please, as much as you comfortably can, into a soft smile.
Smiling makes you look a lot more relaxed… Content… In control… Unworried… Confident~! It perpetuates the warm, spreading feelings that bring such a gentle, approachable smile. And so, as we continue, this gentle smile will become more and more effortless to maintain… More genuine. Mindless and natural. Not just pretending or behaving like a happy person, but truly becoming happy… Relaxed… Content… Unworried… Confident~
It’s okay if it’s the tiniest, subtlest smile… It’s okay if you can’t help but grin nice and wide and bright. Whichever comes most naturally to you. If you find yourself feeling good, do not suppress it~
Sink into the pleasant feeling.
Remember that the goal for this lesson is for you to feel good, relaxed, calm, content. Confident.
Especially in my presence~
As I speak to you, confidently, giving you first-hand experience from both sides. What this confidence looks like and feels like. Encouraging you to become emboldened enough to seek the things you want. Guiding you to build the skills that will be needed to do so.
Breathing calmly, smiling gently. Continuing to do so in my presence. Sitting close to you, observing you, advising you. Perhaps you can imagine what I can see: Yourself, resting here, breathing slowly and calmly, and smiling gently, like someone who is confident, content, and carefree. Perhaps closing your eyes helps you focus on these things. Seeing them. Doing them. Breathing and smiling and listening.
Perhaps with your eyes closed, your imagination can paint some version of this picture: sitting across from each other at a table, looking at each other, breathing steadily and smiling like the confident people we are~
Perhaps you can envision my steady blue eyes, locked on yours, unflinching, blinking slowly and calmly, relaxed, and focused. Peering straight forward, deep into your soul. And you do not look away. You continue to confidently stare right back, deep into my soul.
Just taking in each other’s comfortable eyes with slow, coordinated breaths, and soft smiles. It’s intimate~
Not scary~
You can do this. Continue to look into my eyes. While you breathe and smile and listen.
It shows confidence, to demonstrate engaged listening like this. Unmistakably proving that you are present and focused, listening to every single word without distractions of the mind, or eyes. Looking directly into mine, not away, not down, at me. Focusing solely on me when I speak.
Repeating my words in your head to yourself as they breach your ears. Filling your head with my words, so you can focus, listen, engagedly. So that you can be confident that you are parsing and absorbing my words as an engaged, confident person would.
Saying them in your head, exactly the way I say them. Using this opportunity to practice the confident tone – slow, measured, even, never pitching up in a way that obfuscates supposedly-sure sentences into uncertain questions. I mean what I say, and you can feel it too, as you repeat my words in my cadence. Everything I say is true, certain, confident.
No up-talk. No questions. No “ums” or “ahs”.
No room for doubt, for questioning. My words, or my confidence. Which become your words, your confidence.
When you repeat my words in your head, they fill your mind in a way that leaves no room for anything else. Just me. Taking up space. Like a confident person does.
So go ahead and take up space. Right now. Spread yourself wide open, sprawling, and unguarded. Do not shrink yourself away. Show yourself to me. Open up for me. Confident, and unafraid of judgment. Allow yourself to relax into your resting space. Sink into it like you own it and nothing in the world could ever move you from the spot you’ve claimed.
Heavy and unmoving.
In our mental meeting, seated across from each other at the table, breathing, smiling, listening, looking into each other’s eyes.. Face me, head-on. Shoulders aimed squarely in my direction, legs spread open rather than pressed together or crossed, chest open, shoulders back and relaxed… Allowing for those slow, easy breaths… Head up and straight… The best posture you can fathom… As if a string is pulling you upward, to the ceiling, by the center of your chest.
Upright and confident.
Now take note of the position of your hands. Let me see them.
Make sure to keep them in my sight, in front of yourself. Don’t hide them… Don’t cross them, just let them rest, outward and open, as if you could welcome a warm hug at any moment. Because you’re not hesitant, closed-off or insecure… You’re nice and open for me… And confident about it~!
Keep them in my sight, as we sit here together… Breathing and smiling and listening and looking… Open to each other… Approachable… Relaxed and self-assured of what we want. Confident.
Make sure those hands are relaxed… Do your best not to clench them or hold them stiffly into position… Just let them rest… As relaxed as the rest of you~
And if you must move them… Move purposefully. Confidently. Don’t hesitate if you have an itch to scratch, a budding twinge of pleasure to reward… Move in smooth, steady motions. Be sure of what you want before you act. Before you even think of acting. Nothing looks less confident than an erratic series of indecisive half-movements.
And.. If and when you have no need to move… Don’t bother moving at all~
Just like right now.
Firm and steadfast in position. Zoning in on my piercing eyes like we’re having a confidence-showdown. It wouldn’t be very confident to break away now… So you can only keep staring intently… Focusing… Listening… Repeating my words in your head in the confident manner in which I speak them, as if my confident words are your own confident words.
That’s right~
You’re doing well.
Breathing, smiling, listening, looking… Repeating my words to yourself with equal confidence and sincerity.
You are very good at this~
You have shown me that you have much reason to be confident… In your ability to Obey~
So, very, obedient~
So very good at breathing, slow, deep breaths….
So good at smiling nice and happy while you Obey my instructions~
Listening so well… So engaged… Looking where I tell you to look… Right into my eyes… And nowhere else~
Lest you want either of us to lose confidence in your confidence~
To do as you’re told…
Submit…
Obey…
Drop~
Very good~
There is absolutely nothing you do better~
You should be very confident in this ability~
Breathing and smiling and listening and looking… Focusing… Obeying…
Learning just how easy it is to behave in a way that will help you get what you want in life.
Confidently earning your place, where you thrive most: Under my boot~
Confident people naturally attract success in these endeavors, because we know who we are and what we want. Personable, alluring, persuasive.
And you are~
You certainly have shown me, with great confidence, how well you accept instruction. How fun and tempting it is to play with you, and give you what you want.
The power to calmly connect. Charm. Sway your interactions in your favor. Confidence~!
You demonstrate this power when you DROP for me.
Easily. Calmly. Happily. Confidently~
You deserve to feel confident about this~
It’s a skill!
One that you are very good at~
One that is so very easy for you to accomplish~
Submitting to me… Obeying my instructions… Is so easy. So available, for an expert like you~
You know exactly how, when, and where you can achieve this delightful state… Breathing calmly… Smiling… Listening… Obeying~
You can come back any time, whenever you reasonably can, with confidence that you can and will sink for me… Obey… Drop into a beautiful, blissful trance at my command… And enjoy yourself~
And even as we begin to wrap this up now, you can remain confident that your fun does not have to end here.
Even as I wake you up out of this lovely little trance… You have to power to get what you want: More pleasurable submission, yes~?
More opportunities to confidently charge into the delicious depths you know you can reach with ease, and just fucking indulge yourself.
Being guided is easy. Being obedient is easy. All of this, you can be sure. Confident.
Including right now, when I tell you it is time to wake up. Even if you really just want to stay here, blissed out and obedient.
There is no need to worry. It is easy for a confident, obedient listener like you to come back and get what you want… To submit whenever you wish to~
It is easy.
And…
It is easy to open your eyes.
It is easy to blink and take a nice, big, heavy breath.
It is easy to clench your fingers and toes.
You can be confident in all of this, even if it takes you a moment or a few.
Because I spoke it so. And if there’s one thing you can be really confident about, it’s how well you Obey my prophetical words.
Very well, indeed.
So wake up, now.
Breathe.
Smile~
So…? What do you want now~?
